Bridge Closure
Morton Mill East Bridge will be closed from 13 to 31 July 2026.

The work is proposed to start on the 13 to 31 July 2026.
Unfortunately, in order to carry out the proposed work safely it will be necessary to close the bridge to vehicular traffic. The closure will be in force 24/7.

Access over the bridge for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will remain available throughout the works, and access to frontages will be maintained up to the bridge closure.
